PAYMENT POLICY
Your order will be confirmed after transferring a deposit to ensure the seriousness of the reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total order amount.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery with the courier.
- InstaPay.
- Vodafone Cash.
You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once we receive your order details.
DELIVERY POLICY
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days for Cairo & Giza.
For other governorates, your order will be shipped within 7–10 business days.
The courier will contact you once your order is shipped to arrange delivery at a convenient time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns or exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the product is unopened and in its original condition.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- In case of a product defect, the order will be sent back and reviewed by our Returns Department. If the return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return fees.
