Easy Returns & Exhange

We want you to shop with confidence! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We accept returns or exchange within 48 Hours of delivery if the item is on its original condition.

• To initiate a return, contact us at Instagram Direct Message "Scento" with your order number.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product after we run a check by our quality control team.

• NOTE: Must be in it’s original condition.
